About the event

We invite you to join us for a 3- week challenge on managing menopause naturally! Our speaker, Malaika Bagoudou, is a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner specializing in women's and hormone health. This is an excellent opportunity to learn how to safely and naturally transition through menopause and improve your overall quality of life. During this challenge, you'll learn about what's happening in your body during menopause, the signs and symptoms of imbalances, and natural and holistic ways to help support your body. Also, gain insight into the food, supplements, and lifestyle changes that can benefit menopause. We'll review critical strategies each week, complete a "practical action plan," and do lots of Q&A. Plus, receive a newfound sense of relief and quickly pick up the tools you need to get your hormones back on track. Over three consecutive weeks, the challenge will start on August  20, 2023, and through September 10. We'll have a live session every Tuesday at 1 pm Eastern time. 

Week 1: Introduction to Menopause

Week 2: Diet modification, essential supplements, and lifestyle changes. 

Week 3: Natural treatments for common menopausal issues:  De-stressing, self-care, and hormone balance maintenance
