Meet The Chef
Hello! My name is Malaika Bagoudou, and I'm a Holistic Health Coach, Personal Chef, Author, and Speaker. I received formal training from the Institue for Integrative Nutrition. I work with busy women and their families who desire a holistic approach to hormone imbalances- related issues, including weight, irregular menstrual cycles, PMS, menopause, bloating, low sex drive, etc.
I was born and raised in Togo (West Africa) and I am the oldest child among 6 children.
My family is HUGE, and cooking food in my household is something that I was invited to participate in at quite an early age since my mom needed the help. (Who wouldn't with 6 kids?)
By the age of 10, my mom officially had me cooking by her side, and I was hooked. It unleashed a passion in me that I knew would carry into my future.
When I cooked for my family, there was a joy that gleamed in their eyes from smelling, tasting, and experiencing my culinary creations. I'll never forget the feeling of excitement and aliveness that it brought me. This joy and passion, along with a little bit of curiosity, lead me to learn more about food and cooking.
In 2017 I decided to enroll in the Health Coach Training Program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. There, I studied hundreds of dietary theories that helped to expand my knowledge in the kitchen.
I also learned so much more - including groundbreaking health coaching methods that can help people improve their lifestyle for optimal physical and mental health. Health Coaching is a practice in stress management, movement, diet, relational health, and embracing life balance.
Together, we can co-create a completely unique action-based program that aligns with your goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health.
