10 -Day Menopause Wellness Jump Start

The "Empowerment and Resilience: 10 Days to Thrive Through Menopause Wellness Jump Start is a transformative program designed for menopausal women seeking to embrace change, find joy in the journey, and cultivate resilience in the face of challenges. Over ten days, participants will engage in guided exercises, discussions, and personalized strategies to tap into their inner strength, build resilience, and emerge stronger and empowered from this phase.

Each day will focus on empowerment and resilience, covering topics such as embracing change, building self-confidence, managing stress, nutrition,  and fostering a positive mindset. Participants will have the opportunity to connect with a supportive community of like-minded women, share experiences, and receive guidance and encouragement from experts in the field. We'll have one guest speaker,  the most passionate Coach about Nutrition through supplementation and Hormone health,   Fi Jamieson Folland, D.O., I.N.H.C.
