Three Things I Do Religiously every Morning!

Updated: Apr 25, 2023

Does consistency seem like a hard goal that you wish to accomplish one day? Well, if you are like me, you are not alone. I struggled with consistency for quite a bit, but recently, I found an easy solution for that department. See, I have learned that for me to enjoy this life and keep up with my health and wellness, I have to project small, enjoyable, yet attainable goals.

This statement brings me to the three things that I do every waken morning:

  1. Oil Pulling

Oil pulling, also known as "Kavala," is an ancient Ayurveda technique from traditional Indian medicine. It consists of swishing oil around the mouth for 20 minutes on an empty stomach. The antibacterial properties of oil pull out bacteria and fungus or toxins, which in term may help manage inflammation, congestion, and even allergies to improve the overall health

2. Lemon water or hot ginger tea

Lemon water has a lot of vitamin C that boosts the immune system. It helps with the digestion system by flushing out toxins, cleansing the liver. Lemon help also to reduce pain on the knees and joints. Ginger is an anti-inflammation for centuries and has antioxidant effects

3.Journaling

Journaling is the art of writing a journal or diary. This practice helps reduce pressure and stress. It also helps with accountability and consistency.
